7. Products and Pricing

All our products are natural dog treats and chews: air-dried, monoprotein, and free from unnecessary additives.

Prices: The prices shown are expressed in euros (€). To&Li Pure Nature is currently covered by the applicable VAT exemption scheme, and therefore VAT is not charged on the prices displayed.

Availability: Products are sold subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Pricing errors: We make every effort to display accurate prices. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it and will inform you before processing your order. You will have the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

8. Purchase Process

Ordering from our shop is straightforward:

1. Browse and select — choose the products you would like and add them to your cart.

1. Review your cart — check the items, quantities, and prices before proceeding.

1. Enter your details — provide your delivery address and contact information.

1. Choose your payment method — select from the available options.

1. Confirm your order — review everything and place your order.

1. Order confirmation — you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract between us is formed when you receive the order confirmation email.

9. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Multibanco — generate a payment reference and pay via ATM or online banking

• MB Way — instant payment via the MB Way app

• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

10. Delivery

We deliver to mainland Portugal only.

Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We will do our best to dispatch orders promptly. If there is any delay, we will let you know.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Under Portuguese and EU consumer law (Decree-Law 24/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

How to exercise this right: Contact us by email at  tolipurenature@gmail.com  within the 14-day period, stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Exceptions: Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Perishable goods that deteriorate quickly

• Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery where the seal was necessary for hygiene or health protection reasons

Because our products are natural food items for animals, once packaging is opened the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns: If your withdrawal is valid, please return the products to us in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging within 14 calendar days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect (see Section 12).

Refund: We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

12. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at  tolipurenature@gmail.com  as soon as possible, and in any event within 2 months of discovering the issue.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you:

• A replacement product, or

• A full refund

Refunds for defective or incorrect products will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

For returns under the right of withdrawal (Section 11), return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

13. Legal Guarantee

Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law 84/2021, implementing EU Directive 2019/771), you benefit from a 3-year legal guarantee on goods purchased from us.

If a product does not conform to what was described or is defective, you have the right to have it repaired, replaced, or — where those remedies are not possible — to a price reduction or full refund.

To benefit from the guarantee, you must notify us of the defect within 2 months of discovering it. Please contact us at  tolipurenature@gmail.com  with a description of the issue.

14. Complaints — Livro de Reclamações

If you are not satisfied with our products or service, you may submit a formal complaint through Portugal's online Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações):

We take all complaints seriously and will do our best to resolve any issue promptly.

15. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any issue directly and amicably. If you have a concern, please reach out to us first at  tolipurenature@gmail.com .

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If we are unable to resolve a dispute together, you may refer the matter to a certified ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body in Portugal. We have designated:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ADR will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
