5.1 – Products

To&Li Pure Nature reserves the right to modify the prices of products and services at any time. To

ensure clarity and confidence for the buyer, the price applied will always be the price displayed at

the moment the order is confirmed.

All products sold by To&Li Pure Nature are intended exclusively for personal use and not for resale

or commercial distribution to third parties.

Prices displayed in the online store are valid for mainland Portugal only and include VAT at the

current applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a typographical or publication error, To&Li Pure Nature reserves the right to cancel and refund the

affected order.

All items are subject to stock availability at the time of effective payment. In the event that a

product is unavailable after an order is placed, To&Li Pure Nature will contact the buyer to offer an

equivalent alternative or a full refund.

6. Purchase Process

To place an order at www.tolipurenature.com, follow these steps:

1. Browse and select the products you wish to purchase.

2. Click "Add to Cart" to add products to your shopping basket.

3. Review your basket. A summary of selected products and their prices will be displayed. Enter your delivery address to calculate shipping costs.

4. Log in to your account or complete the registration form if you are a new user.

5. Select your preferred payment method and confirm the order.

7. Shipping

To&Li Pure Nature ships to mainland Portugal only. Orders are not currently dispatched to the Azores, Madeira, or international destinations.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 (three) working days.

To&Li Pure Nature is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched, provided it is handed over to the carrier within the stated processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight, and are communicated to the buyer before the order is finalised.

Free shipping is available on all orders with a value equal to or greater than €39.99 (including VAT),

delivered to mainland Portugal.

Upon receiving their order, it is the buyer's responsibility to check that all products are as ordered

and in good condition. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to TO&LI Pure Nature in

writing as soon as possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

The buyer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return, in

accordance with applicable Portuguese and EU consumer law, without needing to provide a

reason.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To&Li Pure Nature

does not cover the cost of returning products unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of use.

Opened food products can only be returned if they are not fit for consumption due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product sent, or expired date.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

9. Changes and Updates

To&Li Pure Nature reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in order to keep them current and compliant with applicable law. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Continued use of the website following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If the user does not agree with the updated terms, they should refrain from using the website and placing orders.

These Terms and Conditions do not create any partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between To&Li Pure Nature and its users.

10. Legislation and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

Any dispute arising from these terms may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

In the absence of agreement on arbitration, disputes between two legal entities shall be referred to the Court of the District of Lisbon. Disputes involving a private individual shall be referred to the court of the buyer's place of domicile.
