Shipping Information

To&Li Pure Nature ships to mainland Portugal only. Orders are not currently dispatched to the Azores, Madeira, or international destinations.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 (three) working days.To&Li Pure Nature is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched, provided it is handed over to the carrier within the stated processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight, and are communicated to the buyer before the order is finalised.

Free shipping is available on all orders with a value equal to or greater than €39.99 (including VAT), delivered to mainland Portugal.

Upon receiving their order, it is the buyer's responsibility to check that all products are as ordered and in good condition. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to To&Li Pure Nature in writing as soon as possible.
