The buyer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and EU consumer law, without needing to provide a reason.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To&Li Pure Nature does not cover the cost of returning products unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of use. Opened food products can only be returned if they are not fit for consumption due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product sent, or expired date.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
