At Lito’s Pure Nature, our natural chews are a tasty reward that also does something good: they can support dental care, help strengthen the jaw, and keep your dog happily and meaningfully occupied.

Why are chew snacks good for teeth?

Long chewing works like a natural toothbrush: it can help reduce plaque, train the chewing muscles, and support a strong, healthy bite.

What are our natural chews made of?

All of our chews are made from 100% natural ingredients, gently air-dried, and completely free from artificial additives, preservatives, or flavor enhancers.

How often can my dog have natural chews?

As a complement to your dog’s main food, we recommend depending on size, weight, and activity around one to two chew snacks per day. Always choose the right chew for the size of your dog. Just remember to subtract the treats from your dog’s daily food allowance.

Are natural chew snacks suitable for dogs with allergies?

Yes. Especially our horse chews, which are considered hypoallergenic and are a great option for dogs with food sensitivities or intolerances.

Are the chews suitable for puppies or senior dogs?

Yes. Puppies and seniors usually do best with softer options, while firmer chew sticks are better suited for adult dogs.

The buyer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and EU consumer law, without needing to provide a reason.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To&Li Pure Nature does not cover the cost of returning products unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of use. Opened food products can only be returned if they are not fit for consumption due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product sent, or expired date.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

To&Li Pure Nature ships to mainland Portugal only. Orders are not currently dispatched to the Azores, Madeira, or international destinations.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 (three) working days.To&Li Pure Nature is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched, provided it is handed over to the carrier within the stated processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight, and are communicated to the buyer before the order is finalised.

Free shipping is available on all orders with a value equal to or greater than €39.99 (including VAT), delivered to mainland Portugal.

Upon receiving their order, it is the buyer's responsibility to check that all products are as ordered and in good condition. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to To&Li Pure Nature in writing as soon as possible.
